个体化疼痛管理模式在骨科无痛病房中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of individualized pain management on pain control of orthopaedics patients.Methods A total of 100 patients with hip joint peripheral bone fracture undergoing internal fixation were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 50 cases in each group. Both two groups received routine pain care, and the individualized pain management was carried out in the observation group. The pain degree after intervention was assessed by numeric rating scales(NRS). The length of stay and satisfaction degree to nursing service were observed and compared between two groups.Results Patients in the observation group had lower pain degree and shorter length of stay compared with those in the control group(P<0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Application of individualized pain management in orthopaedics painless ward can effectively alleviate pain, shorter hospital stay and improve the satisfaction of patients.
