改良空肠造瘘在食管癌术后的应用和护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the treatment effect and nursing experience of improved jejunum colostomy in patients with esophageal carcinoma surgery.Methods A retrospective analysis was done in 254 patients with esophageal cancer operation. Among them, 124 cases of the experimental group adopted the treatment of improved jejunum external nutrition, while 130 cases of the control group received the treatment of nasal duodenal tube external nutrition. Both groups received routine nursing and the targeted nursing interventions were applied in the experimental group. The postoperative nutritional status, average nutrition tube indwelling time, and complications of patients were observed and compared between two groups.Results The average nutrition tube indwelling time was longer in the experimental group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). Patients in the experimental group had a higher level of serum albumin and lower incidence of complications compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Comparing with the nasal duodenal tube, the improved jejunum colostomy has more advantages in the application of the postoperative esophageal cancer radical surgery. it is necessary to carry out targeted nursing intervention to improve the prognosis.
