临床护理路径在计划性剖宫产产妇护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluated the clinical nursing pathway in nursing care of parturients undergoing planned cesarean delivery. Methods A total of 120 parturients with planned cesarean delivery were randomly divided into the observation group (n=60) and the control group (n=60). The control group was given conventional nursing during perinatal period, and the observation group was given nursing intervention based on clinical nursing pathway. The assessment on knowledge control of perinatal health, length of stay, hospital cost and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups. Results The score of assessment in knowledge control were higher in the observation group than that of controls(P＜0.05). The observation group had short length of stay and lower hospital cost compared with the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 96.67% in the observation group and was 83.33% in the control group. with a significant difference (P＜005). Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway is potentially effective in reducing the length of stay and hospital cost, and  improving the awareness of perinatal health and nursing satisfaction in parturients undergoing planned cesarean delivery.
