慢性阻塞性肺疾病稳定期患者院外延续性护理效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the transitional nursing care for chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD)patients in stable stage.Methods A total of 82 COPD patients in stable stage were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 41 cases in each group. Both groups received routing nursing care including mental intervention, dietary plan, rehabilitation exercise and long term oxygen therapy, and the observation group was applied with transitional nursing care. The number of visits as acute episode of COPD was tracked. The quality of life, exercise capacity and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups after 1 year follow-up.Results The averaged number of visits was lower in the observation group than that of controls, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The patients in the observation group hand a longer 6-minute walking distance, higher score in COPD Assessment Test and higher nursing satisfaction rate compared with those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Transitional nursing care is an effective way of improving exercise capacity, quality of life and nursing satisfaction of COPD patients in stable stage.
