支气管哮喘患者开展个体化健康教育与心理干预对其负性情绪和躯体症状的影响
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of individualized health education and psychological intervention on negative mood and somatic symptoms of patients with bronchial asthma. Methods A total of 92 patients with bronchial asthma were randomly divided into the study group and control group, with 46 cases in each group. Both of two groups were given conventional nursing measures, and the study group was applied with individualized health education and psychological guidance additionally. The changes in selfrating anxiety scale (SAS), selfrating depression scale (SDS) and somatic symptoms 1 day before intervention and 2 weeks after intervention were compared between two groups. Results The score of SAS and SDS were dropped in both of two group two weeks after intervention (P<0.05 or P<0.01), and were significant lower in the study group than those in the control group (P<0.01). The study group reached better outcome in control of somatic symptoms compared with the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Individualized health education and psychological intervention can relieve negative mood and improve control rate of somatic symptoms in patients with bronchial asthma.
