优化护理流程在血液净化中心护理中的应用探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the application of optimized nursing procedure in blood purification center. Methods A total of 46 patients with hemodialysis treatment were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 23 cases in each group. Both two groups received routing nursing care and the observation group was given nursing interventions based on optimized procedure. To observer the nursing adverse events during treatment, and to evaluate the satisfaction of patients to nursing service in both two groups. Results The incidence of nursing adverse events was 4.35%(1/23) in the observation group and was 34.78%(8/23) in the control group (P＜0.05). The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.65%(22/23) in the observation group and was 65.22%(15/23) in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion The optimized nursing procedure can effectively improve satisfaction and reduce the risk of nursing adverse events in blood purification center.
