非热康普照射在预防血液透析内瘘并发症中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To analyze the influence of irradiation by FISICO in the parts of  the fistula puncture to the immediate and longterm complications of the arteriovenous fistula. Methods A total of 116 hemodialysis patients dialyzed by arteriovenous fistula were involved and randomly divided into the experimental group and the control group, with 58 cases in each group. The experimental group irradiated by FISICO in the parts of  the fistula puncture every time of dialysis, while the control group was given wet towel hot compressed by traditional method. The differences between bleeding,healing,hematoma absorption,flow rate,venous pressure,Kt/V, fistula thrombus,fistula stenosis and fistula occlusion were compared between two groups, and the impact of irradiation by FISICO on immediate and longterm complications of the arteriovenous fistula were observed. Results Compared with the control group, the experimental group reached a lower incidence of bleeding of the placement of needles(P<0.05), better healing of the placement of needles(P<0.01), faster hematoma absorption(P<0.05), higher flow rate(P<0.05), lower venous pressure(P<0.01), higher Kt/V(P<0.05) and lower incidence of fistula thrombus and fistula stenosis (P<0.05) .Conclusion Irradiation by in FISICO the parts of  the fistula puncture can reduce the immediate and longterm complications.
