早期康复护理在脑卒中偏瘫患者中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of earlystage rehabilitation in nursing care of stroke patients with hemiplegia. Methods A total of 86 stroke patients with hemiplegia were randomly divided into the control group (n=43) and the observation group (n=43). Both two groups were given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with earlystage rehabilitation. The FuglMeyer assessment (FMA) for assessing motor function and the Barthel index(BI) for activity of daily living was performed in both two groups. Results the score of FMA and BI were increased in both two groups after nursing intervention (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), and were significant higher in the observation group than those in the control group(P＜0.05). Conclusion Earlystage rehabilitation in nursing care accelerate rehabilitation process of stroke patients with hemiplegia.
