多重耐药菌患者家属感染防护现状调查和干预效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the awareness and selfprevention of multidrug resistant organisms (MDRO) infection of family members of patients infected by MDRO, and to provide related intervention based on cause analysis. Methods A total of 26 family members of MDRO infected patients were included in the research. The influential factors for selfprevention on MDRO were investigated by self-made questionnaire. The awareness of MDRO infection and related preventive measures in all participants were compared before and after intervention. Results Out of 26 participants, 26 cases (100.0%) were lack of preventive knowledge, 22 cases (84.6%) misunderstood MDRO as non-infectious disease, 21 cases (80.8%) didn′t take preventive measures considering cost, 8 cases (30.8%) were worried about illness stigma. After intervention, the awareness and knowledge of MDRO infection, hand hygiene and disinfection were better than that of intervention before (P<0.05). Conclusion The awareness of MDRO of family members could be improved by health education and training, improving preventive measures and supplies, enhancing awareness of hand and disposal hygiene in family members of patients infected MDRO.
