精神科开放病房护士心理压力因素调查研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigation the condition and influencing factors of psychological pressure of nurses in open psychiatric ward. Methods Thirty five nurses in open psychiatric ward in author′s hospital and 41 nurses in the Fourth Military Medical University from May 2013 to May 2015 35 were selected.  According to the symptom Checklist90 (SCL90), the psychological pressure of nurses was analyzed and influencing factors of psychological pressure of nurses was analyzed. Results According to the SCL90, scores of anxiety and terror of nurses in open psychiatric ward were significantly lower than scores of the other factors, hostile factor score in nurses with high education level was significantly higher than that in nurses with low education level (P<0.05). Conclusion Nurses in psychiatric ward should be treated with strengthening mental health intervention.
