TACE围手术期实施快速康复护理优化措施效果分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the clinical effect of perioperative nursing intervention based on fast track surgery (FTS) for patients undergoing transcatheter arterial chemoembolization (TACE). Methods A total of 108 primary liver cancer patients with treatment of TACE were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 54 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with FTSbased nursing intervention during perioperative period. The qualities of life, incidence of complication and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results Scores of 36item shotform health status survey(SF-36) was significant higher in the observation group than that in the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). The incidence of complication was 37.0% in the observation group and was 79.6% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.01). the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.2% in the observation group and was 81.5% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The FTSbased nursing can reduce the risk of complications and improve the quality of life in hepatocellular carcinoma patients undergoing TACE.
