剖宫产术后产妇快速康复护理探讨

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management based on theory of fasttruck surgery for parturient undergoing caesarean section.  Methods A total of 58 parturient undergoing elective lowsegment cesarean section were randomly divided into the control group and the study group, with 29 cases in each group. Both two groups were given conventional nursing and the study group was applied with the nursing management based on theory of fasttruck surgery. The time of anal aerofluxus, time to get out of bed, length of stay and nursing satisfaction rate were compared between two groups.Results the study group had early time of anal aerofluxus, early time to get out of bed and shorter length of stay compared with the control group (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). the nursing satisfaction rate was 98.50% in the study group and was 82.73% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05).Conclusion The nursing management based on theory of fasttruck surgery for parturient undergoing caesarean section can improve the recovery of parturient undergoing caesarean section.
