会阴无保护接生技术的临床护理效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the clinical nursing measures and effect of puerperas with unprotected perineum delivery technology. Methods A total of 400 puerperas with unprotected perineum delivery technology were randomly divided into two groups, 200 cases in each group. The control group was given routine obstetric nursing services, while the study group was given humanistic nursing intervention. Lateral resection rate, perineal laceration rate, rate of shoulder difficulty, postpartum hemorrhage rate and rate of neonatal clavicle fracture were compared between two groups. Results Compared with the control group, lateral resection rate, perineal laceration rate, rate of shoulder difficulty, postpartum hemorrhage rate and rate of neonatal clavicle fracture were significantly lower in the study group (P<0.05). Conclusion Implementation of humanistic nursing for puerperas with unprotected perineum delivery technology can improve pregnancy outcomes and increase natural childbirth rate.
