品管圈活动在结肠镜检查肠道准备中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of quality control circle in bowel preparation for patients with colonoscopy. Methods The clinical data of 43 patients undergoing colonoscopy between May 2015 and June 2015 were retrospectively collected and set as the control group. The quality control circle program focusing on reducing the unsuccessful bowel preparation was carried out since July 2015. Another 43 patients undergoing colonoscopy between October 2015 and December 2015 were recruited as the observation group. The bowel preparation of two groups was compared. Results There were 15 cases of unsuccessful bowel preparation in the control group and 3 cases of bowel preparation in the observation group, with a significant difference (P<0.05). Conclusion Application of quality control circle activities can effectively reduce the risk of the successful intestinal preparation of patients with colonoscopy, and to improve the quality of nursing care.
