集束化护理在腹膜透析患者中的应用效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective  To evaluate the effect of bundled nursing intervention in patients with treatment of peritoneal dialysis. Methods A Total of 234 patients undergoing peritoneal dialysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group. The control group was given conventional nursing care and the observation group was applied with bundled nursing intervention. the quality of life before and 6 months after intervention, as well as incidence of peritoneal dialysisassociated peritonitis, were compared between two groups. Results The score of physical function, emotional function, social function and the general quality of life were increased in both of two groups 6 months after intervention (P＜0.05or P＜0.01), and were significant higher in the observation group than those of controls (P＜0.05or P＜0.01). The incidence of peritoneal dialysisassociated peritonitis was 1/(87.75 months ) in the observation group and was 1/(54.00 months) in the controls, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of  bundled care is effective to reduce the risk of peritoneal dialysisassociated peritonitis, and to improve the quality of life in patients undergoing peritoneum dialysis.
