小儿静脉留置针的维护体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures and maintenance of intravenous indwelling needle in children.Methods To retrospectively collected the clinical data of 150 pediatric patients who received transfusion with intravenous indwelling needle. The nursing measures and maintenance of intravenous indwelling needle were summarized. The indwelling time, one-time success rate of puncture and incidence of adverse events were recorded.Results There were 10 cases of adverse events recorded, accounting for 6.67%. The one-time success rate of puncture was 92.7%(139/150)and averaged indwelling time was(4.6±0.5)d.Conclusion High quality nursing measures on intravenous indwelling needle is an important issue to reduce the risk of adverse events and increase the indwelling time.
