责任制分层管理对急诊观察室护理效率及护理纠纷的改善分析

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of hierarchical management of responsibility system on improvement of nursing efficiency and nursing dispute in emergency observing room. Methods A total of 70 patients before implementation of hierarchical management of responsibility system were designed as control group, and 70 patients after implementation of hierarchical management of responsibility system were designed as observation group. The quality of nursing, nursing error rate and incidence rate of dispute were compared between two groups. Results The quality of nursing in the observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P＜0.05). Nursing error rate was 429% in the observation group, which was significantly lower than 15.71% in the control group (P＜0.05). Incidence rate of dispute was 1.43%, which was significantly lower than 12.86% in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion After the implementation of hierarchical management of responsibility system, quality of nursing improves significantly, nursing efficiency increases significantly and nursing error rate decrease significantly in patients in emergency observing room.
