快速康复外科理念在全膝关节置换术后早期康复中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of fact-track surgery in early rehabilitation after total knee arthroplasty(TKA).Methods A total of 40 patients with TKA were randomly divided into the study group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. Both group received routine nursing care during treatment, and the fact-track surgery theory-based interventions were applied in the study group. The knee function was evaluated by hospital for special surgery(HSS)at 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after surgery. The length of stay and time of continuous passive motion training(CPM)were recorded.Results The HSS score was higher in the study group than that of controls at 1 week, 2 weeks and 1 month after surgery respectively, with significant difference(P<0.01). Patients in the study group had shorter length of stay and shorter duration of CPM training compared with those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05 or P<0.01).Conclusion Nursing interventions based on fact-track surgery can improve the postoperative rehabilitation and shorten the length of stay in patients after TKA.
