脑梗死护理中循证护理的应用效果研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore effect of evidence-based nursing in cerebral infarction. Methods A total of 158 cerebral infarction patients in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups, control group was given routine care, while the observation group used evidencebased nursing, nursing effect of two groups were compared. Results Compared with control group, the efficacy in the observation group was higher compared with the control group (P<0.05); Before nursing, CSI, FMA and BI score of two groups had no significant difference (P>0.05); After nursing, BI, FMA and CSI score improved significantly, compared with control group (P<0.05); There was significant difference in quality of life scores (P<0.05). Conclusion Clinical evidence-based nursing in cerebral infarction care can obtain satisfactory curative effect.
