持续质量改进在输血安全管理中的应用效果

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of continuous quality improvement (CQI)in safety management of blood transfusion. Methods The CQI had been carried out to promote the safety management of blood transfusion since June 2015. The condition of standard blood transfusion operation in nurses was observed after sixmonth follow up. Results  The result showed that nurses achieved a improvement in knowledge of blood transfusion operation, double check in blood samples collection, standard blood transfusion , labels and signature requirements and proper treatment to blood transfusion set after sixmonth follow up compared with those before implementation of CQI(P＜0.01). Conclusion Continuous quality improvement can regulate the safety operation of nurses in blood transfusion and to improve the safety management of blood transfusion.
