腹腔镜下精索静脉高位结扎术围手术期护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures for patients with varicocele undergoing laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein. Methods To retrospectively collected the clinical data of 77 patients with varicocele undergoing laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein. Nursing measures mainly focused on psychological issues, preoperative preparation, postoperative observation and complication prevention. Results ALL 77 patients underwent surgery successfully, with a improvement in sperm quality. None of patients reported testicular atrophy, varicocele recurrence, scrotum edema or other complication. Conclusion High quality nursing can ensure the surgical safety and reduce the risk of postoperative complication in  patients undergoing laparoscopic high ligation of spermatic vein.
