集束化护理对胸外科胸腔镜手术患者术后并发症的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of cluster nursing on postoperative complications of patients with videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery in department of thoracic surgery. Methods A total of 72 patients with videoassisted thoracoscopic surgery were randomly divided into control group and experimental group, 36 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the experimental group was given cluster nursing. Postoperative complications and hospitalization time were compared between two groups. Results Incidence rate of complications in experimental group was 8.3%, which was significantly lower than 50% in the control group (P<0.05). In the experimental group, hospital stay were (8.2±2.3) days, which was significantly shorter than (11.2±2.7) days in the control group (P<0.05). Conclusion Cluster nursing measures can significantly reduce incidence of complications and shorten the hospitalization time.
