核素氯化锶在治疗晚期肿瘤骨转移中的应用效果与护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effects of the combination of 89SrCl2 injection and nursing methods on pain relief and quality of life in advanced cancer patients with bone metastases.Methods A total of 45 patients with advanced cancer with bone metastasis were treated with intravenous injection of 89SrCl2. The corresponding nursing measures were taken. The pain degree and adverse reaction were observed.Results There was 27 patients with aggravated transient pain, in which 2 cases were treated by analgesic and 25 cases were relieved spontaneously. There were three cases of mild leukopenia and none of them were observed with bone marrow suppression. the proportion of patients with grade Ⅰpain was 37.8%(17/45)after treatment, which was higher than 11.1%(5/45)before treatment(P<0.01).Conclusion Effective nursing measures can relieve pain and improve quality of life in advanced cancer patients with bone metastasis treated with intravenous injection of 89SrCl2.
