结构化皮肤护理在肝脏外科患者失禁性皮炎防治中的效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of structured skin care in prevention and treatment of incontinenceassociated dermatitis (IDA) in patients from liver surgery department. Methods A total of 62 patients with perineal assessment tool (PAT) score over 4 points from liver surgery department during January to December, 2014 were selected as the control group. Another 62 cases with PAT over 4 points from January, 2015 to April, 2016 were recruited as the study group. Cases in study group received structured skin care while those in control group were given routine nursing intervention. the incidence and severity of IAD were compared between two groups. Results The incidence and severity of IAD was lower in study group than those of controls, with a significant difference(P＜0.01). Conclusion Structured skin care is potentially effective to reduce the occurrence rate and severity of IAD.
