穴位按摩配合康复锻炼在脑卒中患者康复护理中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training in rehabilitative nursing care of stroke patients. Methods A total of 96 stroke patients were randomly divided into the observation group (n=48) and the control group(n=48), with conventional treatment and nursing care. The observation group was given additional acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training. The motor function assessed by Fugl-Meyer motor assessment and activities of daily living assessed by Barthel index (BI), as well as nursing satisfaction rate, were compared between two groups. Results The score of Fugl-Meyer and BI were increased in both of two groups at 6 months after treatment (P＜0.05), and were significant higher in the observation group than those of the control group (P＜0.01). The nursing satisfaction rate was 95.8% in the observation group and was 72.9% in the control group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion The acupoint massage combined with rehabilitation training can effectively improve the motor function and activities of daily living in stroke patients.
