临床护理路径在慢性鼻窦炎鼻内镜手术中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of clinical nursing pathway in endoscopic sinus surgery for chronic nasosinusitis.Methods A total of 241 patients with chronic nasosinusitis undergoing endoscopic sinus surgery were randomly divided into the control group(n=113)and the study group(n=128). The control group received routine nursing care during perioperative period while the study group was given clinical nursing pathway. The length of stay, postoperative complications and satisfaction degree to nursing service were compared between two groups.Results The length of stay was shorter in the study group than that of controls(P<0.05). The incidence of postoperative complications was 6.25%(8/128)in the study group and was 16.81%(19/113)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). the nursing satisfaction rate was 96.09%(123/128)in the study group and was 71.68%(81/113)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical nursing pathway can reduce the risk of complication and improve the satisfaction in chronic nasosinusitis patients with endoscopic sinus surgery.
