视频教育在预防妇科恶性肿瘤术后深静脉血栓形成中的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of video assisted education in prevention of deep venous thrombosis(DVT) in patients with gynecologic cancer after surgical treatment. Methods The risk assessment was performed in patients with gynecological malignant tumor before operation. A total of 120 cases with medium and high risk were selected and randomly divided into the control group (n=60) and the observation group (n=60). Both two groups received the routine nursing and the observation group adopted the video assisted education on movement of the ankle pump video education. The incidence of postoperative DVT, compliant to ankle pump exercise and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups. Results The observation group had lower incidence of lower limb swelling and ache compared with the control group (P＜0.01). There was 1 case of DVT in the observation group and 5 cases of DVT in the control group, with no significant difference (P＞0.05). The observation group had a higher compliant to ankle pump exercise (P＜0.01) and nursing satisfaction rate (P＜0.05)compared with the control group. Conclusion Video assisted education can effectively increase the compliance of patients to ankle pump exercise and to promote the recovery of patients with gynecologic malignant tumors.
