疼痛护理管理在创伤骨科病房中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To evaluate the pain nursing management in orthopedics trauma ward. Methods A total of 61 orthopaedic trauma patients were included as the observation between July 2015 and December 2015, with pain nursing management. Another 60 orthopaedic trauma patients were selected as the control group between December 2014 and June 2015, with routing care. The degree of pain and satisfaction to nursing service were compared between two groups. Results Patients in the observation group had lower degree of postoperative pain and higher satisfaction rate compared with those of controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of pain nursing management can relieve the postoperative pain and improve the nursing satisfaction in orthopedics trauma patients.
