穴位敷贴在脑出血患者肢体偏瘫中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of acupoint application in treatment of hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage. Methods A total of 40 hemiplegic patients after cerebral hemorrhage were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 20 cases in each group. Both two groups received the early stage rehabilitation exercise and the observation group was given acupoint application. The condition of muscle strength recovery was evaluated by using Brunnstrom stage. The motor function and activity of daily life was assessed by FuglMeyer assessment scale (FMA) and modified Barthel index (MBI) before and after the treatment. Results The patients in the observation group received a better muscle strength recovery compared with those in the control group after treatment (P＜0.05). The score of FMA and MBI were increased in both two groups after treatment(P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), and was better improved in the observation group than that of controls (P＜0.01). Conclusion Acupoint application in combination with early stage rehabilitation exercise can improve the hemiplegic limbs recovery and quality of life in patient after cerebral hemorrhage.
