10例尾状叶肝肿瘤切除术患者的护理研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analyze the nursing experience of 10 patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor. Methods Ten patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor were selected and conducted with strict nursing during perioperative period. Clinical nursing experience and methods were summarized. Results Ten patients successfully resection of completed caudate lobe tumor by different approach. No patients had intra-peritoneal hemorrhage, 1 patient had abnormal liver function, 1 patient had mild pulmonary infection, and 1 patient had incision infection. The prognosis of patients is good during 3 months of postoperative followup. Conclusion In the patients with resection of caudate lobe liver tumor, enhanced intra-operative nursing and positive preventive measures for complications can control the risk of postoperative complications and improve patients’ prognosis.
