护理干预降低初产妇会阴侧切率的作用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of nursing management on decreasing episiotomy rate in primiparas.Methods A total of 200 primiparas with vaginal delivery were randomly divided into the control group and the observation group, with 100 cases in each group. The control group received routine perinatal nursing while the observation group was given comprehensive midwifery nursing intervention. The episiotomy rate, laceration degree and neonatal asphyxia were compared between two groups.Results The episiotomy rate was 48.00%(48/100)in the observation group and was 81.00%(81/100)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). The overall laceration rate was 7.00%(7/100)in the observation group and was 18.00%(18/100)in the control group, with a significant difference(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in neonatal asphyxia and birth injury between two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The comprehensive midwifery nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the episiotomy rate and the risk of laceration in primiparas.
