不孕女性家庭功能与心理压力的相关性研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the correlation of family functioning and psychological stress in infertile women. Methods A crosssectional study was conducted in 179 infertile women. The patients were investigated with family assessment device (FAD) and fertility problem inventory (FPI) questionnaires. Results The mean score of family functioning of infertile women was (2.23±0.32), with higher score in dimension of problem solving, emotional reaction and communication. The total score of psychological stress was (171.09±21.85). Correlation analysis revealed a negative correlation between total family functioning, problem solving, communication, role, emotional reaction and affective involvement in FAD scale and psychological stress (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01). Conclusion It is suggested to take targeted measures to enhance the family functioning of infertile women to relieve their psychological stress, especially their problem solving, communication and affective response.
