快速康复外科联合预见性护理对老年股骨粗隆间骨折患者术后康复的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of fasttrack surgery (FTS) combined predictive nursing on postoperative rehabilitation of elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing internal fixation with proximal femoral nail antirotation (PFNA). Methods A total of 66 elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing internal fixation with PFNA were assigned to the control group (n=36) and the intervention group (n=30), with routing nursing and FTS combined predictive nursing respectively. the postoperative rehabilitation and complications, as well as nursing satisfaction of patients, were compared between two groups. Results The intervention group had a shorter nursing intervention time and lower incidence of complications compared with the control group (P＜0.05). There was no significant difference in bone healing rate between two groups 1 month after discharge. The nursing satisfaction rate was higher in the intervention group than that of controls (P＜0.05). Conclusion FTS combined predictive nursing intervention is potentially effective to reduce the risk of complication and improve the nursing satisfaction for elderly patients with femoral intertrochanteric fracture undergoing internal fixation with PFNA.
