老年肾功能衰竭患者血液透析护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measures for elderly hemodialysis patients with renal failure. Methods To retrospectively collect the clinical data of 62 elderly patients suffering from renal failure. The treatment outcome of hemodialysis and related nursing measures were analyzed. Results Of 62 patients, 50 cases with survival time over 2 years, 7 cases with survival time less than 2 years, 5 cases discontinued the treatment. Patients were given appropriate nursing interventions, including psychological care, life care, and health education. Conclusion Nursing interventions focused on mental, diet, arteriovenous fistula and complications should be carried out carefully to elderly hemodialysis patients with renal failure.
