低位水囊在足月妊娠计划分娩引产中的应用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the application of low position water bag for the induction of fullterm delivery. Methods Selected 85 cases of fullterm pregnancy women as the research object, in which 17 cases as traditional group received operative delivery, and 68 cases as research group was given low induction of labor with water bag. The induction effect was compared between two groups. Results Both two groups with successful delivery outcome  achieved good clinical effect, and the research group had a better outcome in hemiplegia, crooked mouth and tongue, speech expression and mental status compared with the traditional group. the averaged amount of postpartum hemorrhage was （268.9±25.1）L in the research group and was (307.5±32.7) L in the traditional group, with a significant difference (P＜0.05). Conclusion Application of low position water bag in labor induction can improve the postpartum status of women with fullterm delivery.
