产妇产后抑郁的原因分析及护理干预

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To analysis the potential cause of postpartum depression and to summarize related nursing measures. Methods To retrospectively analyze the clinical data of 150 puerperae with postpartum depression, and to evaluate their depression level. The Edinburgh postnatal depression scale (EPDS) was used to assess the depression level of patients before and after nursing intervention. Results Of 150 puerperae with postpartum depression, 92 cases were mild depression, 42 cases were moderate depression and 16 cases were severe depression, accounting for 61.3%, 28.0% and 10.7%, respectively. The EPDS score of puerperae was decreased from (18.4±2.2) before intervention to (11.3±0.8). Conlusion The level of postpartum depression was affected by multiple reasons form physiological, Psychological and social areas. Corresponding nursing intervention should be carried out to relieve the depression level of puerperae.
