45例断指再植术后患者应用超前镇痛的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To discuss the effect of preemptive analgesia in patients with replantation of severed fingers and related nursing measures. Methods A total of 45 patients with replantation of severed fingers were included in this study. All patients received preemptive analgesia and coordinate nursing care. The visual analogue scale (VAS) was used to assess the pain degree of patients during hospitalization. Results Of 45 patients, 40 cases (88.89%) with  VAS between 0 and 3, 3 cases (6.67%) with VAS between 4 and 6, 2 cases (4.44%) with VAS between 7 and 10 at 3 days after surgery . Conclusion Application of preemptive analgesia and related nursing care can enhancing the tolerance of patients with replantation of severed fingers, and be benefit to the rehabilitation.
