无创正压通气在急性左心衰竭中的应用及护理

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observer the application of noninvasive positive pressure ventilation (NIPPV)in acute left ventricular failure and related nursing measures. Methods This study included 69 cases of patients with left ventricular failure. All patients received NIPPV treatment and related nursing measures. Results There were 65 cases with improved clinical symptoms and 4 cases of death after NIPPV. Time of ventilation weaning was (38.6±17.5) h and length of stay was (16.2±4.3) d. Sixty five patients  were valid for  blood gas analysis, and their blood gas analysis indexes were improved after NIPPV treatment. Conclusion NIPPV is an important rescuing way of acute left ventricular failure. The high quality nursing measures can reduce the risk of flatulence and facial pressure sores。
