健脾和胃汤治疗慢性浅表性胃炎多并症的护理观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing methods for patients with chronic superficial gastritis and complicated diseases by treatment of spleenreinforcing and stomachinvigorating decotion. Methods A total of 100 patients with chronic superficial gastritis and complicated diseases were treated by spleenreinforcing and stomachinvigorating decotion. Based on the conventional nursing, different nursing methods were applied for patients according to their classifications of diseases. dialectical nursing. Quality of life and treatment outcomes were compared. Results The total effective rate was 85.00% in all the patients.  After nursing, each item of quality of life improved significantly in all the patients (P<0.05). Conclusion Spleenreinforcing and stomachinvigorating decotion is effective in treatment of patients with chronic superficial gastritis and complicated diseases.
