胆结石手术患者的护理干预方法与应用研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the nursing intervention and application significance of gallstone surgery patients. Methods A total of 100 hospitalized patients diagnosed with gallstones portion were randomized to observation group and control group with 50 cases in the control group. The control group implemented usual care, and clinical pathway was given to observation group. Anesthesia time of gallstone surgery, operative time, hospital stay, hospital costs, as well as perioperative overall care satisfaction were compared. Results The mean anesthesia time was (48.6±3.5) min, mean operation time was (43.2±2.6) min, average length of stay was (4.9±0.3) d, the average cost of hospitalization was (4 256.6±50.6) million, which were significantly lower than the control group (P<0.05). Nursing satisfaction rate of observation group was 98.00% (49/50), which was significantly higher than that in the control group(P<0.05). Conclusion The clinical pathway nursing intervention for patients with gallstone surgery can significantly shorten duration of anesthesia, operative time and hospital stay, reduce hospital costs, and improve nursing satisfaction.
