规范化哮喘教育对儿童支气管哮喘病情控制的作用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of standardized asthma education in controlling bronchial asthma in children.Methods A total of 168 cases of asthma children were selected as the control group between January 2015 to March 2015, receiving conventional health education during treatment. Another 206 cases of asthma children were recruited as the intervention group between January 2016 and March 2016, receiving standardized asthma education. The asthma control level of children at six months after intervention was evaluated. The children asthma control test(C-ACT), peak expiratory flow(PEF), breath NO determination(FeNO)and forced expiratory volume 1 second predicted(FEFV1%)were compared between two groups. The number of acute onset, number to visit emergency and number of admission were recorded during follow-up.Results The proportion of children with control asthma was 59.7%(123/206)in the intervention group and was 14.9%(25/168)in the control group at six months after intervention, with a significant difference(P<0.01). Children in the intervention group had higher score of C-ACT, higher FEFV1% and lower FeNO compared with those in the control group, with significant differences(P<0.05). The number of acute onset, number to visit emergency and number of admission were less in the intervention group than those in the control group, with significant difference(P<0.05).Conclusion Standardized asthma education can effectively control the asthma symptom and improve the level of bronchial asthma in children.
