以身心照护为基础的整体护理策略对青年脑卒中患者消极情感状况及早期康复认知的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the effect of holistic nursing strategy based on physical and mental health care on negative emotional status and early rehabilitation cognition of young patients with stroke. Methods A total of 84 young patients with stroke were randomly divided into study group and control group, 42 cases in each group. The control group was given routine nursing, while the study group was given holistic nursing mode based on physical and mental health care on the basis of the control group. Before the intervention and end of the second weekend after intervention, evaluations of anxiety and depression were performed in both groups. Awareness of the disease, mastery degree of early rehabilitation knowledge and the rate of rehabilitation confidence were compared between two groups. Nursing satisfaction degree at the end of second weekend after intervention was compared between two groups. Results After intervention, the SAS and SDS scores of the study group were significantly lower than those of the control group (P＜0.05). In the study group, the awareness of stroke, mastery degree of early rehabilitation knowledge, the rate of rehabilitation confidence and nursing satisfaction degree were significantly better than those in the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Holistic nursing strategy based on physical and mental health care can improve the negative emotions such as anxiety and depression in young patients with stroke, improve the early rehabilitation cognition and increase nursing satisfaction degree. .
