钝针扣眼穿刺在老年及糖尿病患者血液透析中的应用
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the effect of arteriovenous fistula cannulation by buttonhole technique using dull needle in elderly and diabetic patients with treatment of hemodialysis. Methods A total of 62 elderly or diabetic patients with treatment of hemodialysis were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 31 cases in each group. The conventional regional method of puncture was performed in the control group and the buttonhole technique using dull needle was in the observation group. The success rate of puncture, local skin abnormalities, incidence of complication and visual analogue scale (VAS) for pain assessment were compared between two groups. Results The observation group had a higher success rate of puncture (99.8% vs. 99.0, P<0.05), lower incidence of local skin abnormalities (6.4% vs. 45.2%, P<0.05), lower incidence of complication (3.2% vs. 25.8%, P<0.05) and lower VAS score (P<0.05) compared with the control group. Conclusion The arteriovenous fistula cannulation by buttonhole technique using dull needle can improve the success rate of puncture and reduce the pain degree and incidence of compications in elderly and diabetic patients with treatment of hemodialysis.
