重症胰腺炎患者营养风险筛查与临床结局关系的研究
[摘要] Abstract:Objective To investigate the nutrition risk of severe acute pancreatitis(SAP) patients, and to analyze the relationship between nutrition risk and clinical outcome of pancreatitis. Methods According to NRS2002 nutrition screening score, 90 SAP patients were randomly divided into the group A(score<3) and B group(score≥3), both with nutrition support. The occurrence of adverse outcome and complications of patents during hospitalization were observed, and lab indexes of two groups were compared. Results Of 90 patients, 59 cases with malnutrition and 31 cases with normal nutritional status. The body mass index, levels of albumin and prealbumin were lower in group A than those in group B(P<0.05). There was no significant difference in levels of hemoglobin, red blood cell count and fasting bloodglucose between two groups (P>0.05). The surveillance time and length of stay were significant longer in group A than those in group B(P<0.05), and the incidence of peripancreatic abscess and pancreatic fistula were significant higher than those in group B (P<0.05). Conclusion NRS 2002 has a good adaptability in assessing nutrition situation of SAP Patients. It is highly requited to strengthen and regulate the clinical nutrition risk screening path.
