经皮肾镜取石术治疗孤独肾结石患者的护理体会

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To summarize the nursing measure of patients with solitary kidney stone treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Methods To retrospectively analyzed the clinical data of 28 patients with solitary kidney undergoing minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.Results The overall one-time successful rate of lithotripsy was 96.4%(27/28), and the averaged length of stay was(16.9±2.7)d. There was no severe complication such as infection or haemorrhage occurred among 28 patients.Conclusion It is necessary to apply high quality nursing measures to prevent postoperative complications in patients with solitary kidney stone treated by minimally invasive percutaneous nephrolithotripsy.
