PDCA循环在硬式内镜清洗质量管理中的运用

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To exploring the effect of PDCA cycle in quality control of rigid endoscopy cleaning.Methods The PDCA cycle was applied in quality control of rigid endoscopy cleaning. To analyze the cleaning effect of 1 646 cases of rigid endoscopic instruments between January 2014 and December 2014(after implementation of PDCA), and to compare it with the cleaning effect of 1 325 cases between January 2013 and December 2013(before implementation of PDCA).Results The qualified rate of cleaning was 97.3%(1 602/1 646)after implementation of PDCA, which was higher than 89.9%(1 191/1 325)before implementation of PDCA, with a significant difference(P<0.01).Conclusion PDCA cycle is an effective method to regulate the procedure and improve the quality of rigid endoscopy cleaning in central sterile supply department.
