维持性血液透析患者动静脉内瘘中西医结合护理效果观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To investigate the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western nursing intervention for maintenance hemodialysis patients with arteriovenous fistula.Methods A total of 87 maintenance hemodialysis patients were randomly divided into the observation group(n=47)and the control group(n=40). Both two groups received routing nursing care on arteriovenous fistula, and the observation group was given integrated traditional Chinese and western nursing interventions. The incidence of arteriovenous fistula related complication was compared between two groups.Results There was no significant difference in incidence of arteriovenous fistula occlusion between two groups, with 2 cases in the observation group and 4 cases in the control group respectively(P>0.05).Conclusion Integrated traditional Chinese and western nursing is an effective way of reducing risk of arteriovenous fistula occlusion in maintenance hemodialysis patients.
