护理职业暴露原因与有效防护措施研究

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the causes of occupational exposure and the corresponding protective measures in clinical nursing. Methods A total of 64 nursing staff in our hospital were selected as research objects, the causes of the occupational exposure were analyzed, and the corresponding protection measures were implemented. Results In 64 nurses, there were 34 cases (53.13%) with occupational exposure. Among them, there are 53 (82.81%) cases with needle stabbing, the remaining 11 cases caused by mucosa and skin contact with blood or body fluid. Occurrence of occupational exposure mainly included collision by patients or their families during operation, stabbing by fast blood glucose meter, stabbing by surgical fixation, without accordance with standard precautions and carelessness. Needle stick injury was the key cause of occupational exposure. Conclusion In clinical practice, nurses still need face the risk of occupational exposure, so effective measures can strengthen occupational protection and reduce the occurrence of nursing occupational exposure incidents.
