亲情护理对妇科恶性肿瘤患者负性情绪及自我护理能力的影响

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To explore the influence of kindredlike nursing on negative emotions and selfcare nursing ability in patients with malignant gynecologic tumors. Methods A total of 85 patients with malignant gynecologic tumors were randomly divided into observation group (n=43) and control group (n=42). Control group was treated with routine nursing while observation group with kindredlike nursing. The changes of negative emotions and selfcare ability were compared between two groups. Results Hamilton’s depression scale (HAMD) and Hamilton’s anxiety scale (HAMA) scores decreased more significantly in observation than those in control group at discharge and 2 months after discharge (P＜0.01). At discharge, the score of each dimension and the total scores of exercise of selfcare scale (ESCA) increased more obviously in observation group than those in control group (P＜0.01). 2 months after discharge, selfconcept score, selfnursing ability score and the total score increased markedly in observation group than those at discharge (P＜0.05 or P＜0.01), whereas the total score decreased notably in control group (P＜0.05), and the differences were also significant between two groups (P＜0.01). Conclusion Compared with routine nursing, kindredlike nursing can effectively improve the negative emotions and selfcare ability of patients with malignant gynecologic tumors.
