足三里穴位注射新斯的明治疗腹腔镜术后腹胀的疗效观察

[摘要] Abstract：Objective To observe the clinical effect of Zusanli acupoint injection with neostigmine in treatment of abdominal distension after laparoscopic surgery. Methods A total of 106 patients with abdominal distension after laparoscopic surgery were randomly divided into the observation group and the control group, with 53 cases in each group. Both two groups received conventional nursing care and Zusanli acupoint massage. The observation group was given Zusanli acupoint injection with neostigmine additionally. The time to enterokinesia recovery and postoperative anus exhaust were compared between two groups. Results The patients in observation had shorter enterokinesia recovery time and earlier time of postoperative anus exhaust compared with the control group (P＜0.05). Conclusion Zusanli acupoint injection with neostigmine can relieve the abdominal distension of patients after laparoscopic surgery.
